Yale’s most popular class ever is available free online — and the topic is how to be happier in your daily life

I was fortunate to virtually attend a presentation by Laurie Santos of Yale hosted by First Republic bank today. My main takeaways that in order to be happier one needs to: – actively express gratitude – value free time over more money (although this works only over certain threshold) – practice mindfulness Apparently, there is a free course on the science of happiness at Coursera that has 33 million views!
